How much does a made-to-measure sauna cost?
An indoor 2 × 2 m sauna with spruce cladding and an electric heater starts at around €7,000 incl. VAT, a barrel sauna at around €8,000 and a sauna house from €15,000. The configurator shows the exact price for your dimensions and equipment.
Is the configurator price binding?
No. The configurator calculates a guide price from the current price list. After your enquiry we check the dimensions, site and details and send a binding quote, usually for the same amount.
How long do production and delivery take?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks from confirmation of the quote, depending on the sauna type and season. The exact date is in the quote.
Do you also install?
Yes, in Slovakia, Czechia, Austria and Germany. You choose assembly in the configurator; otherwise we deliver a kit with instructions and phone support.
What electrical supply does the heater need?
Electric heaters of 6 to 9 kW need a three-phase 400 V supply fused at 3 × 16 A. An infrared cabin runs from a standard 230 V socket. A wood-burning stove needs no electricity.
Which wood is best?
Siberian spruce is the most versatile for walls; aspen or alder, which stay cool, for benches; thermo pine or larch for outdoors. The configurator shows the price of every combination.
Do I need planning permission for a garden sauna?
It depends on the country and size; small barrel saunas are often exempt, while sauna houses usually need a notification or permit. We prepare the paperwork.
How do I look after the sauna?
Air it after use, wipe the benches, sand lightly once a year and treat with paraffin oil. Oil the exterior every 2 to 3 years; thermowood and shou sugi ban are almost maintenance-free.
Can I design the sauna myself?
That is exactly what the configurator is for: you set the type, shape, dimensions, wood and equipment yourself and immediately see the 3D preview and price.
Can the sauna be adapted to an irregular space?
Yes. The corner version with a chamfered entrance, panoramic glass or non-standard dimensions are handled individually after a site survey.
How does payment work?
A 40% deposit after confirmation of the quote, the balance before delivery or after assembly. Companies receive a VAT invoice.
Do you offer a warranty?
5 years on the structure, 2 years on heaters and electronics as per the manufacturer. Service is provided by our own technicians.
